To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the County of Middlesex at their General
Quarter session assembled.

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Faith under
Saint Paul London.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal
under the Hands and Seals of William Hyde< no role > and Edward
Read
< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for
the Liberty of Westminster in the said County of Middlesex (One
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date on the third Day
of August One thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven John
Date
< no role > was removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint George
Hanover Square within the Liberty of Westminster in the said
County of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint Faith in the City
of London as the Place of his last legal Settlement.

That your Petitioners Conceive themselves aggrive
by the said Order of the said two Justices And therefore appeal
this Honorable Court against the same.

And pray that this Honorable Court will
please to appoint a Day for the hearing
and determining of the said Appeal and
to make such Order therein as may be Just

And your Petitioners will ever pray
Etc.
