The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint George Southwark
in the County of Surrey
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order of pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of R: Heavinde and F. Girdler Esquires
two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex
(whereof one is of the Quorum
bearing date the 19th. day of July 1786

was removed from the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the Bars
in
the County of Middlesex
unto the said parish of Saint George Southwark
in the County of Surrey
alledging the said Parish of Saint George Southwark
to be the place of her last legal Settlement
That your petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved
by the said Warrant or order of the said two Justices, do
therefore appeal to your Worships therefore and
humbly Pray that you will be pleased to hear
them in the premises and order that the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St.
Andrew
Holborn above the Bars
in the County of
Middlesex
may appear before you at a certain day to
be appointed to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of your Worships touching the Appear
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
