Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant bearing
date the tenth Day of May now last past under the Hands
and Seals of

two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
acting in and for
the County of Middlesex
(one where of being of the Quorum)

Widow was removed from and out of the
Hamlet of Mile End New town
in the parish of Saint Dunstan
Stepney
in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid to the said parish
of Alhallows Honey Lane
in the City of London
as the
place of the last legal Settlement of the said Ann Hergest
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved.
Your Petitioner therefore humbly
appeal against the said Order or
pass Warrant & pray that the
benefit of their said Appeal may be
saved unto them And that the
hearing and determining thereof
may be adjourned until the next
General Quarter Sessions of the
Peace to be holden in and for the
said County of Middlesex
