Middlesex to wit

At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the
King holden for the County of Middlesex at the Session
House on Clerkenwell Green in the said County on
Monday the twenty eighth day of August in the Twenty
sixth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn above the Bars in
the County of Middlesex have Notice of this Petition and Appeal
and that they and all Persons concerned do attend this Court at
the Session House on Clerkenwell Green in the said County on
Thursday the thirty first day of this instant August at Nine
o clock in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the
Judgment and determination of the said Court touching the said
Petition
