To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
in General Session of the Peace at the Session House for the said County Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish Saint Anne within the
Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands and Seals of
James Croft< no role > and G.S. Bradshaw Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the 29th. day of July last Benjamin
Cooper
< no role > and Frances< no role > his Wife were Removed and Conveyed from and out
of the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square within the said Liberty
and County to the said Parish of Saint Anne as the place of their last
legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this Court
against the Adjudication of the said two Justices and their said
Order and pray that your Worships will please to appoint some
day in this present Session for the hearing and determining the
said Appeal and that all Persons Concerned do then attend this
Court

And your Petitioners shall pray Etc.
