"FOR conveying any one or more Vagrants who shall
"be passed at one and the same time, and are to be
"delivered at one and the same place (where the Justice
"or Justices shall adjudge one horse only to be neces-
"sary) from the place where apprehended or received to
"the place where they are to be delivered.}
Any sum of money not
exceeding four-pence for
every measured mile, in-
cluding the trouble and ex-
pence of the Constable or
Master of the House of Cor-
rection, or any other Person
for attending any such one
or more Vagrant or Va-
grants.

"FOR conveying of any number of Vagrants who shall be passed at one
"and the same time, and are to be delivered at one and the same place, whether
"they shall be sent by one or more Passes, Orders or Certificates, where the
"Justice or Justices shall adjudge two or more horses to be absolutely necessary
"and not otherwise, from the place where apprehended or received to the place
"where they are to be delivered, any sum of money not exceeding two-pence
"for every measured mile for each horse, not being a double horse on
"which such Vagrants shall be conveyed, and not exceeding three-pence per
"mile for any double horse; and also any sum of money not exceeding three-
"pence per mile for the trouble and expence of the Constable or Master of
"the House of Correction in attending such Vagrants. AND IT IS ORDERED BY
"THIS COURT, That no horse shall be considered as a double horse for carrying
"a man and a child, or a woman and a child or two children, or two per-
"sons of small weight, or for carrying the Constable and one Vagrant only.

"FOR conveying any one or more Vagrants where a
"cart with one or more horses shall be adjudged necessary
"by the Justice or Justices, and not otherwise, from the
"place where apprehended to the place where they are to
"be dellivered.}
Any sum of money not
exceeding eight-pence for
each horse for every mea-
sured mile, including the
trouble and expence of the
Constable or Master of the
House of Correction or any
other person in attending
such Vagrants.

"FOR maintaining each Vagrant and Person to be
"passed, not being a nurse child, for one day only.}
Any sum not exceeding
four-pence.

"AND for one day and night.}
Any sum not exceeding
eight-pence.

"FOR victualling or subsistence money of each Va-
"grant shipped from the Port of Liverpool, in order to
"be conveyed to the Kingdom of Ireland .}
Any sum of money not
exceeding one shilling.

"FOR the passage or head-money of every such
"Vagrant.}
Any sum not exceeding
two shillings and six-pence.

"FOR the maintaining every sick Vagrant during the
"time of his, her, or their waiting for shipping, or re-
"maining unfit to be passed at any place in the said
"County of Lancaster .}
Any sum of money not
exceeding five-pence per
day, and the like sum for
each night.
