And Mr Leroux having also Stated to the Court
that he had made an Estimate of the Expence
that would attend the whole of the above
mentioned Works and alterations and that
the same would not exceed the Sum of £31

Resolved That the same he forthwith executed under
the direction ofJacobMr Leroux Esqr .

Fields to be valued}

The Chairman having informed the Court that it
had been represented to him by Messrs. Milne and [..]
"That it would be most to the Advantage of the
"County to purchase the whole of the Ground belongs
"to J C Jervoise Esqr . lors in Cold Bath Fields
"instead of taking only Four Acres part thereof"
as was at first proposed, that he was afraid they
wouldshould at last he obliged to go to a Jury
