To the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Session of
the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petiiton and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Saint George the Martyr in the County
of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of John Woodham< no role > and Peter Greene< no role > Esquires
two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting in and for the County
of Middlesex aforesaid (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the First day of July last William Seager< no role > Mary< no role > his Wife
and their five Children Vizt. Rebecca< no role > (by Mistake in the Order called
Robert< no role > ) aged ten Years Elizabeth< no role > aged Nine years Richard< no role > aged
Seven Years George< no role > aged four Years and Sarah< no role > aged Six Months
were removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
George in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint George
the Martyr as the place of their last legal Settlement

That Your Petitioners conceiving themselves agrieved
by the said Warrant or Order of the said two Justices do
appeal to your Worships therefrom and humbly pray
that you will please to hear them in the premises and
order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Saint George in the County
of Middlesex may appear before you on a certain
Day to be appointed to hear and abide the Judgement
and Determination of your Worships touching this
Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
