To the Worshipful his Majesties Justices of the Peace For the
County of Middlesex

The Humble Petition and appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Sepulchre London

Sheweth


That by and an Order of Removal under the Hands
and Seals of William Quarrill< no role > Esquire and John Staples< no role > Esquire
two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace in and For the County of
Middlesex One whereof being of the Quorum bearing Date the twenty
third Day of June last Christian George Roodelph and Mary his
Wife and Five Children namely George aged about twelve Years
Hannah aged about Nine Years Ann aged about Seven Years
Thomas Aged about three Years and John aged about Fifteen Months
were removed and Conveyed From the said Parish of Saint Mary
Whitechapel in the County of Middlesex aforesaid into the Parish
of Saint Sepulchre London as the Place of their legal Settlement

Your Petitioners thinking themselves
aggrieved by the said Order of Removal
of the said two Justices Appeal to this County
against the same and humbly pray
that the said appeal may be heard
this Present Sessions and that a time
may be now appointed For the hearing
and Determining thereof
