The Humble Petition and appeal of the Church wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St.
Peter in Brackles in the County of Northampton
Sheweth
That by virtue of a Pass Warrt or order of removal
dated the 10th day of December 1784 under the Hands and Seals of

two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
for ye
County of middlesex
(Quorum unns) upon the Complaint
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of St Luke Chelsea

aged about thirty nine years and her 5 Children
(viz:)

to the said parish of St. Luke
he Chelsea and whose Settlement
the said

[..] to be in the said
Parish of Brackley
in the County of Northampton
were
removed to the said parish of Brackley
And that your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
by the said Order
Yours Petitioner therefore humbly pray to
appeal to this Court against the adjudication
of the said two Justices and their said
order and pray that your Worships will
be pleased to appoint a day to hear &
determine the said Appeal
And your Petitioner Will ever pray etc
