at the Sessions house on Clerkenwell Green in the said
County On Monday the twenty first day of February
in the twenty fifth Year of the reign of King
George the Third

It is Ordered by this Court that the within named John
Fairbairn< no role > This name instance is in set 00. have Notice of this Petition and Appeal and that
he and all Parties concerned do Attend On Thursday
the twenty fourth day of February instant at Nine of the Clock
in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the
Judgement and determination of the said Court touching the
said Appeal
