aforesaid
(one of them being of the Quorum) bearing date the fourth day

their Child aged near Sixteen Months were removed and conveyed
from the Parish of Saint Anne
within the said Liberty of
Westminster
to the said Parish of Saint James
as the placed
of their last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore Humbly Appeal to this
Court against the Adjudication of the said two
Justices and their said Order and pray that your
Worships will be pleased to appoint a Day to hear
and determine the said Appeal
And your Petitioners will ever pray etc
