And the Committee are of Opinion that Mr Eyles ought to
receive any sum from the said Mr: Benson in part of the said Balances and
directed him to pay out of such Money as should come into his hands several
sums of Money to Persons having urgent demands on this County and they
also directed an Order to the several High Constables in Arrear of the last
County Rate forthwith to pay such Arrears to Mr. Eyles.

The Committee further Report That it appear to them a
matter of much Importance to this County to have an Accurate examination
and statement of all Sums due to this County in respect to the subscribed of
Militia Mens Wives and Familias there being no Vouchers or Accounts to
Justify the Sums charged in the Treasurer Accounts as received on that
score and it is reported that several large Sum of Money are yet due to the
County from different parishes and places in that respect And also that
sums of Money to a very considerable amount are paid Yearly for the conveyance
of Vagrance from Hampton Wick in this County to various Parts and that the
necessity for and propriety there of ought to be enquired into
