Order for the
Electn of a Treasurer
of this County [..]
read


The Order of Court made the 13th Day of
January last being read and also an Advertise-
-ment published in pursuance of the said
Order giving Notice "That the Election of a
"Treasurer of this County and also Treasurer
"or receiver of the Rents of the Lords & Tenemts.
"the Estate belonging to this County would be this
"Day by Ballot The Ballot to commence at
"the Hour of One & Close at 3 o Clock"

Motion that the
party Elected shod
give Bond for
the faithful dis-
-charge of his Duty
himself in £2000
& One or more
Sureties in £200


It was moved that whoever should
he elected Treasurer shall enter into a
Bond with Sureties for the faithful discharge of the
Office. The Principal in £2000:
with One or More Sureties to the Amtt
of £2000. which Motion being agreed it,
was ordered accordingly.

Resolved that [..] Personcould beshould
admitted a Candidate who objected to or was incapable of giving
this Security
