this Deponent further saith That he was Yesterday in Company
with the said Prosecutorawhen this Deponent interogated
him as to what he meant to do in the said Prosecution
when he informed this Deponent That he should
give himself no further trouble wit (meaning the said
Prosecution) nor loose any more time about it and
that he would be at the loss of what money he had
laid out and was very Sorry that he had given himself
any trouble about it as it was only a Drinking frelict
