Maketh Oath and Saith that on
the 28th. day of August last this Deponent and Ann

enter'd into a Recognizance before William
Blackborough< no role >
Esquire One of His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
for the
Appearance of Thomas Hudson< no role >
at the then next
Sessions to be holden at the New Sessions House
in Clerkenwell
Queen in the said County of Middlesex
And this Deponent saith that he came in Company
with Him to the said Sessions House to Hear what was
necessary to be done respecting the said Recognizance
when and where this Deponent was informed and as
the Truth is that no Bill of Indictment was preferr'd
or found against the said Thomas Hudson< no role >
and the
Deponent departed from the said Sessions believing
the Business for which he had so entered into a
Recognizance at an End. And this Deponent
saith that he has been informed that the said
Thomas Hudson< no role >
afterwards went to be-And
this Deponent saith that He has since Learnt by
information that at the said September Sessions Sarah
Watts< no role >
Exhibited the Articles of the Peace
against the said Thomas Hudson< no role >
