make Oath and first this Deponent John Sutherland< no role >
for himself
saith that he Stood Indicted at the Session of the peace holden
at the Sessions have in Clerkenwell Green
in and for the County
of Middlesex
in September last for Assaulting Beating and
bounding one James Fitzgerald< no role >
and in consequence thereof
was on the twenty second Day of September last taken on a
Bench Varrant and carried before Sir Edward Bindloss< no role >
Baronet
One of his Majesty's Justices the peace in and for the said
County And this Deponent John Sutherland< no role >
further saith
that he made Satisfaction to the said James Fitzgerald the
prosecutor by paying to him who was then also present before
the said Justice the sum of two Guineas who thereupon
aknowledged him self satisfied and requested the said
Justices to discharge the said Warrant which was accordingly done
And these Depenents John Thompson< no role >

Severally Say that they were also
present in the said twenty second day of September when the
prosecutrix received the said Sum of two Guineas from the

any further on the said Indictment and
these Deponents further Say that the name Edwd. Bindloss Wrote on the borgt of the said Warrant is of
the hand Writens of the said Sir Edward Bindloss< no role >
the said Jusice.
