Benjamin Racey< no role > of Glanvill Street Oxford Road in the County
of MIddlesex Chairman maketh Oath and Saith that he was a Witness
Examined before the Grand Jury in July Session last on the preferring the
Bill of Indictment on the abovenamed Prosecutor and was present at the
time of the Defendants committing the above Assault, And this
Deponent further saith that on the same day this Deponent and the
Prosecutor had been Examined before the Grand Jury on the above Precinct
he this Deponent was present and did see the abovenamed Samuel
