Oath and saith that being Bound to appear at the Quarter
Session of the peace held in and for the County of Middlesex
to give Evidence against the above named Defendant
upon a Charge of Stealing some Leaves of Bread which
Session was held the new Sessions House on Clerkenwell
Green
in and for the said County in the Month of April
last the this Deponent did attend the said sessions Three
days but not being called upon during that time as she this
Deponent could hear or learn and being Ignorant of
the Necessity of her further Attendance she this Deponent
did not further Attend the said Session and this Deponant
further saith that she is Informed and given to understand
that no prosecution was carried on against the said Defendant

and that her knowledge of any Circumstances
relative to the Crime alledged against the said John Young< no role >
in case a prosecution had been carried on against him
would not have affected him either in proof of his Guilt
or other wise as this Doponant verily beleives And
Lastly this Deponant saith that her Husband the said
Charles Dunn< no role >
was lately a Soldier
in his Majesty's
service and is now is very Indigent Circumstances
