Session-House, Clerkenwell-Green,

You were bound for the Appearance of Elizabeth Roberts< no role >
at September
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, but
not appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited ; and
will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying 10
Pounds on your Goods and Chattels ; unless Care be taken
to Stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at the Session-House aforesaid
on Tuesday the 30th Day of November Instant.
