Session-House, Clerkenwell-Green,

YOU were bound for the Appearance of Elizabeth Roberts< no role >
at September
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, who
not appearing, Your Recognizance is become forfeited; and
will be Estreated int the Court of Exchequer , from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying 18
Pounds on Your Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken
to stop Proceedings. by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at the Session-House aforesaid
on Tuesday the 30 th Day of November Instant.
