Take Notice the Court will be moved on Monday next or soon after
as Councill can be Heard that the Tryal of this Traverse may Stand Over
till the Adjourned Sessions to be Held at the Sessions House Clerkenwell
Green on the Sixth Day of December next the Notice of Tryal Served on
the above Indictment for Monday the 18th. Inst. being Left with Richard
Savage< no role > instead of Ann Savage< no role > the Prosecutrix. through a Mistake of the Deft giving
Wrong Instrusts. to his Solrs. Dated the 16th. Day of Decr. 1784
