the Prosecutior in the above Cause Acknowledge that he

the Sum of One
Pound and One Shilling for to Stop at Proceedings upon and
Indictment found against John Thomas< no role >
the above named
Defendant at the last July Session for Assaulting him. and
to which said said Indictment the said John Thomas< no role >
hath
Pleaded not Guilty and that the further Sum of half a Guinea
was to be Spont for a Supper and this Deponent further on
he Oath Saith that he did hear the said Prosecutor Thomas
