WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto us, two of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace , in and for the
County of MIDDLESEX , (one whereof being of the
Quorum) by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of ST. LUKE in the said County, hath Elizabeth
Bayley
< no role > Widow of Joseph Bayley< no role > deceased hath
ldren Namely Frances Aged Ten Years
lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to Settle there,
contrary to Law. And it appeareth unto us the said Justices,
and we do adjudge that she is likely to become charge-
able to the said Parish; and upon Examination of the said
Elizabeth Bayley< no role > taken upon Oath,
it further appreareth unto us, and we do likewise adjudge, that
the Parish of Saint Bartholomew the Sess in the
City of London
is the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth
Bayley

These are therefore, in His Majesty's Name, to Charge and
Command you the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of ST. LUKE , forthwith to remove and convey
the said Elizabeth Bayley< no role >

from the said Parish of ST. LUKE , to the said Parish of
Saint Bartholomew the Less and deliver her to the
Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some
or one of them, who are hereby required to provide for her
according to Law. Given under our Hands and Seals, the
30th Day of June 17 84.

of the Poor of the respective Parishes
of ST. LUKE, in the County of MID -
DLESEX, and Saint Bartholomew
