and the rest of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session
of the Peace Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel in the
said County of Middlesex .

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of Sir George Booth< no role > Baronet and Willm.
Blackborow
< no role > Esquire two of his Majesty's Justice of the Peace in and
for the said County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the ninth day of January in the Year of our Lord 1784 Jno
Ford
< no role > (by the Name of George Poor< no role > ) aged about Twelve Years was
removed and Conveyed from and out of the said Parish of St. Sepulchres
in the said County to the sd. Parish of Saint Mary White< no role > Chapel in
the County assd. as the Place of the last Legal Settlement of the said
George Poor.

Your Petitioners conceiving
themselves to be aggrieved by the said Order or Pass
Warrant humbly appeal against the same to your
Worships and pray Relief in the Premises and that
a day in this present Session may be appointed for
the hearing and determining the said Appeal.
