It is Ordered that the said Report be Received and that the
same be filed amongst the Records of this Court

It is Ordered that William Watherston< no role > be
permitted to serve te presoners in New Preson at Clerkenwell and
the House of Conection there with Bread until the County day of the
now next Session

It appearing unto this Court that of late on
the Lords day several desorderly persons do shewforth and expose
to sale Wares and Merchandies that Carriers, Drovers Waggoners
Carmen, Butchers , Higlers and their Servants do Travel and
person use Empley and Travel and their Servants do Travel and
persons use Empley and Travel with Beats, Werries, Lighters, and
Barges not being duly Authorized as in extraordinary Cases is provided
that Tradesmen, Artificers, Workmen, Labourers and other persons
do and Exercise Wordly Laboure Business and Work of their Ordinary
Calling and that the holy keeping and Religions Observance of the
Lords day commonly called Sunday hath been in other Respects
noteriously profaned and neglected in violation of the Laws Dirine
in Contempt of Order and Deceney and to the great Seandal of the
Christian Religion Now this Court taking the premises into
services Consideration in order to prevent and parish all such above
Do hereby Recommend it to His Majesty's Justices of the peace acting
in and for this County strictly to peet the Laws in force for the
better obserwance of the Lords day commonly called Sunday And
it is also Ordered that the High Constables of the several Divisions
and Hudreds of this County as also the Respective Petty Constables
Headboroughs and other peace Officers within the same do Carefully
Exert themselves to put in Execution the said Laws And that they
take effectual Care to prevent all Persons keeping Travers Chocolate Houses
Coffee horses or other public houses whatsoever from selling wine Chocolate
Coffee, Ale , Beer or other Liquors, or Receiving or permitting Guests to be or
remain in such their Houses in the time of divine service on the Lords dayas
they will answer the contrary at their Peril.
