To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. James , within the Liberty of Westminster , in the County
of Middlesex , and to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above
bars in the said County
and to each and every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace, acting in and
for the City and Liberty of Westminster (One whereof being of
the Quorum) by the Church-wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. James , That Ann Herrick< no role >
wife of Michael Herrick< no role > now in Saint George Hospital
and then through [..] Vizt Thomas < no role > age about
five years Mary < no role > aged about two years and Sarah < no role >
aged about four months I am lately intruded and came
into the said Parish of St. James , and are likely to become
Chargeable to the same: We, the said Justices, upon Exami-
nation of the Premises upon Oath, and other Circumstances,
do adjudge the same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place
of the last legal Settlement of the said Michael Herrick
his said wife and Children to be in the Parish
of Saint Andrew Holborn above bars in the
County of Middlesex .

THESE are therefore, in His Majesty's Name, to require
you, the said Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. James , on Sight hereof, to re-
move and convey the said Ann Herrick< no role > and three
Children
from and out of your said Parish of St. James to the said
Parish of Saint Andrew Nelborn above bars
and than deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them, together
with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof, who are hereby
required to receive and provide for them according to Law.
Given under our Hands and Seals, this twenty ninth.
