To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster in the
County of Middlesex

Gentlemen
Take Notice that the Chuchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the Bars in
the County of Middlesex intend at the next General Session of the
Peace to be hold at the Session House on Clerkenwell Green in and
for the said County on Monday the 8th Day of December Instant
to appoint against an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of Wm Tyler< no role > and John Warrant< no role > Esquires two of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the City and Liberty
of Westminster in the said County (one whereof being of the
Quorum ) bearing Date the 29th Day of November last
Whereby Ann Herrick< no role > Wife of Michael Herrick< no role > now in
Saint George Hospital and their three Children Vizt. Thomas < no role > age about
five years Mary < no role > aged about two years and Sarah < no role >
aged about four Months were removed and conveyed from and
out of the said Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of
Westminster to the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holbson
above the Bars as the Place of their last Settlement
