Peace for the County of Middlesex [..]
of the Peace at the Session House on Clerkenwell [..]
Green Assembled.

The Humble Petition and appeal of the
Churchwarden and Overseer of the Poor of
the Hamlet of Ratcliff in the Parish of Saint
Dunstan Stepney in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the Hands and Seals of St. Hamley< no role > and Sd Greene< no role > Esquires
Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for
the said County of Middlesex One where of bring
of the Quorum bearing Date the Twenty second day of
November last Susannah Brown< no role > the Wife of John
Brown
< no role > who Absents himself from her and [..] to
Adminster any relief to her for the support of
herself and Children together with [..]
Children and lawful Issue by her said [..]
Namely John < no role > aged about Sixteen Year and Sixteen Years and Timothy < no role >
aged about three Years and half were Removed and
Conversed from the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate in the said County of Middlesex to the said
Hamlet of Ratcliff as the place of the last legal Settlement
of the said Susannah Brown< no role > and her said two Children John
and Timothy Whereby your Petitioner conceive
themselves aggrieved Aged

Therefore They appeal to this Court against the
Adjudication of the said two Justice and the said
Order and pray That your Worships will be please
to Appoint some Day in the [..] Session [..]
the Hearing and Determination of the said appeal
and to Order That the Churchwardens and Overseer
of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Botolph
without Aldgate and all persons concerned do [..]
then attend this Court.

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
