To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
in and for the County of Middlesex in their General Session
of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn above the Bars in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of Wm. Tyler< no role > and John Clarke< no role > Esguires two His majesty's Justices
of the Peace acting in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster in
the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the Twenty ninth Day of November last Ann Herrick< no role > Wife of
Michael Herrick< no role > then sayd to to be in Saint Georges Hospital and their
three Children Vizt. Thomas < no role > age about
five years Mary < no role > aged about two years and Sarah < no role > aged about Four Months were removed
and conveyed from and out of the said Parish of Saint James within
the Liberty of Westminster to the said Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn above the Bars in the said County as the Place of their
last legal Settlement whereby you Petitioners concieve themselves
aggrieved-

Your Petitioners therefore appeal against
the said Order and humbly pray Relief in the
Premisses and that Your Worships will be
Pleased to appoint some Day in this present
Session for the hearing and determining
this their said Appeal
