To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex in the
General Session of the peace at the Session House
on Clerkenwell Green in the said County assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields
within the Liberty of Westminster in the
County aforesaid.

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order or Pass
Warrant under the hands and Seals of R. Davies
and I Hawley Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County of Middlesex (One
where of being of the Quorum bearing date the
Tenth Day of November last Margaret Robinson< no role > the
Wife of Robert Robinson< no role > who is now absent from her
at Sea was removed and conveyed from the parish of
Saint Botolph without Aldgate, in the County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Martin
in the Fields, Westminster as the Place of her
last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore
humbly Appeal to this Court against
the adjudication of the said two
Justices and their said Order And
pray that Your Worships will please
to appoint some day in the present
Session for the hearing and determining
the said Appeal And to order that
the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Botolph without Aldgate And all
Persons concerned do then attend this
Appeal and your Petitioners shall
pray Etc.
