the Prosecutor
above named Maketh Bath and Saith that on the third day
of December instant he received a Notice in Writing from
the above named Defendant Thomas Emmott< no role >
Purporting
that the said Defendant intended to appear at the then next
Sessions of the Peace (being the present Sessions) holden by
adjournment in and for the County of Middlesex
at the
new Sessions House Situated in Clerkenwell Green
in the County
of Middlesex
on Wednesday then next the Tenth Day of
December instant at Eight oClock in the forenoon of the
some day and then and these Plead Not Guilty and try
his Traverse on the said Indictment preferred by me against
him And this Deponent further saith that he hath not
nor hath any other Person or Persons for him received any
Counter in and of the said Notice of Trial And his
Deponent further saith that he hath this Day searched
with the Clerk of the Peace
for the said County of Middlesex
to see if the said Defendant had taken out any Venire
and entered the said Cause for Trial and Deponent such search
the said Defendant had not done either
