since June Session last made strict and
Diligent search for the above Prosecutrix
and her last place of abode as this Deponent
has been informed was at the sign of

Giberalter in the Parish of Saint Matthew
Bethnal Green
in the County aforesaid and
on such inquiry these was informed that she
was gone away and has never been heard of
since therefore the above Defendant humbley
Prays this Court will respite the Recognizances
the Bail having been Consulted they consent thereto
