himself Saith That the said Sarah Haradine his Wife was brought
to Bed on the Twentieth day of November last in the City of London
Lying in Hospital and She has continued dangerously Ill ever since
and is entirely in capable to Attend to Prosecute the Indictment
Preferred by her against the above named Defendant And the
Deponent George Westray< no role > for himself Saith that he this Deponent
did on Saturday the Twenty ninth day of November Last Serve
Mr. Rutson who this Deponent was informed Acts. as Solicitor for the
above named Defendant with a true Copy of the Notice hereunto
Annexed by Delivering the same to Elizabeth Larkman the
Servant of the said Mr. Rutson at his House in Primrose Street
