in the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
in the
County of Middlesex

Maketh Oath and saith That the
said Prosecutrix was at the time she preferred her said Bill
against this Deponent a Lodger in the House of this Deponent in
Leather Lane
aforesaid And that upon or very shortly after the finding
her said Bill Suddenly removed himself from her said Lodging
into some part in the County as this Deponent hath heard and verily
believes But to what place this Deponent doth not know nor ever
heard but verily believes that the said Isabella is roveing about
without any Settled place of habitation the said Isabella being at
the time she so preferred such Bill against this Deponent and
now is (as this Deponent verily believes) insane and was solely
induced to Indict this Deponent through a frenzey of Madness by
reason of this Deponents Causeing a Distress to be made on the
Goods and Chattels of the said Isabella for Arrears of Rent
due to this Deponent And this Deponent further saith That he
hath by himself and others made diligent search for the place
of residence of the said Issabella but hath not been able to find
the same or mu\eet with her And verily belives shall not be able
to meet with the said Isabella to Serve on her Notice of Trial of
