Take Notice that I shall apply to the Court to be
held at the Session house On Clerkenwell Green in and for the County
of Middlesex on Monday the First day of December next at Nine of the
Clock in the Forenoon or so Soon After as Councel can be heard that the
Recognizance I entered into the prosecute and Give Evidence against the
abovenamed Defendant may be Discharged On an affidavit which
[..] has ben already produced and Exhibited in the Said Court Dated this 21st. day of Novr. 1783
