Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint
Luke
in the County of Middlesex
Have at this present Session Exhibited their
Petition and Appeal setting forth That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of John Staples< no role >

Esquires
two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the said County of Middlesex
(one whereof being
of the Quorum) bearing date the sixteenth day of Ma [..]
and Elizabeth her female Bastard [..]
of Norton Folgate
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said [..]
as the place of the last legal Settlement of the said Mary Rogers< no role >
whereby the Petitioners
conceived themselves aggreived Now upon hearing the said Appeal in the presence and
hearing of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Liberty of Norton falgate
and they consenting by their Counsel to the allowing the said Appeal It is ordered
that the said Appeal be and the same is hereby allowed and the said Order of Pass.
Warrant of the said two Justices is hereby vacated and set aside and It is further
ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of he poor of the parish of Saint
Luke
do forthwith convey and deliver back the said Mary Rogers< no role >
(together with
a copy of this order) unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of [..]
Liberty of Norton Falgate
who are hereby required to receive and provide for the said

until they can free themselves from the charge thereof by due course
