By an Order datd. 12. Septr. last under the Hands and Seals
of Thos. Brooksbank< no role > & David Walker< no role > Esqr. two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace (whereof one is of the Quorum) in and for
the said County of Middlesex Ruth Singleton< no role > Widow was removed
from the Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden and Ely Rents
in the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the said County to the
said Parish of Christ Church in the City of London as the last
legal Place of Settlement of the said Ruth Singleton< no role > whereby
Christ Church Parish conceive themselves to be aggrieved &
against the send Order do appeal

The Settlemt. claimed being upwards of twenty Years
Standing has made it very difficult for Christ Church to
make the proper Inqry. in Time and as it may be necessary
[..] being up some Witnesses from Nottingham

Therefore please to move That the said Appeal
may be reced And the hearing and determining
thereof adjourned to the next Genl. Sessions.
