the Hands and Seals of John Croft< no role > and John Barnfather< no role >
Esqrs. two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for
the City and Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middx
(Quorum) Elizabeth Bingendon< no role > Singlewoman and
Richard< no role > her Male Bastard Child aged four Months were
removed from thesaidParish of Saint Anne within the
Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middx as the Place
of the last legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth
Bingendon against which Order the Parish of Christ
Church intend to appeal.

Sessions there has not [..] time to make it proper
Enquiry into her right Settlemt.

Please therefore to move That the
Appeal may be received And the hearing and
