the Parish of Hemel hempsted
in the County of Hertford

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order of Removal
under the Hands and Seals of William Stallett< no role > Esqrs. and
John Rude< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of
the Quorum) bearing Date the thirteenth Day of
September One thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy
Nine William Gates< no role > and Mary< no role > his Wife and their
Six Children namely Daniel< no role > about Fourteen
Years of Age William< no role > about thirteen Years of Age
Ann< no role > about Nine Years of Age Joseph< no role > about
Seven Years of age Thomas< no role > about three years
of Age and James< no role > about Eighteen Months were
removed and conveyed from and out of the
Hamlet of Primer in the County of Middlesex
to the Parish of Hamel hampsted in the County
of Hertford as the place of the last legal Settlement
of William Gates< no role > and Mary his Wife and
their Six Children
