of our Lord the King holden in and for the County of
Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint Johns Street on
Monday the tenth day of January in the twentieth
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Parish of Saint Margarets
Westminster have Notice of the within Appeal
and they and all Persons concerned do attend the
Court on Thursday next at nine o' Clock in the
Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of the said Court touching the said
