To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex General Quarter Session of the Peace at Hicks Hall in the Saint John
Street in the said County assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne
within the Liberty of Westminster in the said County.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of and Order under the hands and Seals of
William Blackborow< no role > and David Walker< no role > Esquire two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex aforesaid
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Seventh Day of
December last Ann Hill< no role > Singlewoman was removed and
conveyed from the Parish of Saint James at Clerkenwell in the
County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Ann as the place
of her last legal Settlement Whereby the Petitioners Conceive
themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to
this Court against the Adjudication of the said two
Justices and their said Order and pray that the
benefit of this appeal may be Saved to them and
that the hearing and determining thereof may be
Adjourned to the next General Session of the peace to
be holden in and for the County
