the Parish of St. James , Within the Liberty
of Westminster , in the County of Middlesex .
And to the Churchwardens and Overseers of.
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph Without
Aldgate London And to each every of
them

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us,
Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and
for the City and Liberty of Westminster aforesaid (One
Whereof being of the Quorum) by the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Said Parish of St. James ,
That Jane Fleming< no role > Wife of Malcolm Fleming< no role > (if
living gone from her) and their Child Michael< no role >
aged four Months and two Weeks have
lately intruded and come into the Said Parish of St. James ,
and are likely tobecome Chargeable to the same. We the
Said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises upon Oath,
and other Circumstances, do adjudge the Same to be true,
and do also adjudge the Place of the last legal Settlement of
the Said Jane Fleming< no role > and her said Child
Michael to be in the Parish of Saint Botolph
Without Aldgate London

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name to require
you the Said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Said Parish of St. James on Sight hereof, to remove
and convey the Said Jane Fleming and her said Child
Michael
from and out of your Said Parish of St. James , to the said
Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate
and them deliver unto the Churchwardens and Over-
seers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together
with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof, who are hereby
required to receive and provide for them according to
Law. GIVEN under our Hands and Seals this 18th.
Day of December 17 79.
