To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex at their General
Session of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Leonard
Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by a Pass Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of Sir Walford and
W. Blackborow Esquire two of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the Twentieth
day of January 1780 Mary Ivin< no role > the Wife of William
Ivin
< no role > (who is in the East Middlesex Middlx) and
her Child Named John< no role > aged about Twelve
Months were removed from the Parish of Saint
Luke in the County of Middlesex to the Parish of
Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the said County of
Middlesex as the Place of their last Aged Settlement
Whereby four petitioners think themselves
aggrieved and appeal to this Court against the Same
the same

Therefore humbly pray this Court
will be please to appoint a Fime
for hearing and determining
the said Appeal And that all
persons Concerned may then attend

And your Petitioners shall Ever pray
