Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass
Warrant under the Hands and Seals of two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of
Middlesex
(one concerned being of the Quorum)
bearing date the twenty second day of December
last past

deceased, and the child named

aged about two Years, were received from the Parish
of Saint Luke
in the said County of Middlesex
to
the said Parish of Saint Stephen
in Coleman
Street
, as the place of their last legal Settlement
That your Petitioners concerning themselves
to be aggrieved by the said Order of the said two
Justices, humbly appeal to this Honourable Court
against the same.
And Pray that this
Honourable Court will please
to appoint a Day for the
Hearing and Determination of
the said Appeal and to make
such Order therein as shall
be just.
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
