No. 25, Castle-yard , Holborn,

You were bound to appear a nd pros: George Bennet< no role > in
MayApril Session last at HICKS-HALL , in Saint John-Street , but not
appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and
will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying twenty
Pounds on your Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken
to stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at HICKS-HALL aforesaid
on the eighteenth Day of October next.
