Henry Cline< no role > of Devonshire Street in the Parish of Saint
Botolph Bishopsgate without in the City of London Surgeon Maketh
Oath that on the Twenty ninth day of April last he became bound
in a Recognizance Conditioned for his Personal appearance at
the then next Session to be holden in the Month of May at Hicks
Hall in Saint John Street in and for the County of Middlesex then
and there to prosecute the Law with Effect and give Evidence
Against the abovenamed George Bennett< no role > for feloniously taking and
Carrying away a Linen Handkerchief of the Value of Ten pence
the property of this Deponent and Saith that he totally forgot
the Time when the Session in the said Month of May was
to be held, till he Applied to a friend of his and informed him
that he was Bound in a recognizance to Prosecute the
above named George Bennett< no role > for the Said felony when his
Said friend Acquainted him that the Session had been Over
for two or three days then last past and this Deponent
Saith he did not omit [..] to prosecute the said George Bennett< no role >
from any Wilful Neglect but meerly for the reasons.
