AT the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks-Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
(by adjournment) on Friday-the seventeenth
Day of September in the nineteenth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King
of Great Britain, Etc.

Upon reading the Affidavit of William Leech< no role > It is
ordered the Notice of Tryal left at the last place of abode of the
abovenamed Prosecutrix for one of the first three days of the next Session
be deemed good Service in case the Prosecutrix or her present place of
abode cannot in the mean time be found and that the Recognizance
for the Defendants appearance at this Sessions Do stand respited
