in the said County one of the Beadles of the said Parish maketh
Oath and Saith that he hath been to See the above named Phillis
Anne Buttery who is now Ill in Saint Bartholomew Hospital
and is Informed and verily believes to be true that the said Phillis
Anne Buttery hath not been in a State whereby she might have
been Examined before the grand Jury of the said County at this
Sessions.
