Gentleman maketh Oath and Saith that in July last being
bound over to prosecute the Defendant for a fraud committed
about two years before, he this Deponent through ignorance
and not wilfully, attended at the Old Bailey to prosecute
the prisoner. instead of Attending at Hicks Hall in
Saint John Street as this Deponent hath lately
been informed he ought to have done.
